Worker pay reports

Report your pay

Tell us the rate you actually made, not just the one in the listing. Reports are anonymous. They stay pending until reviewed, and a company page shows a median only after three approved reports for the same project type. Research profiles elsewhere on the site are as of Oct 7, 2026; worker reports are separate and ongoing.

Effective hourly rate

What you actually made per hour of your time, not the number in the listing. Include time you were not paid for: waiting on tasks, unpaid training, work that was rejected, and hours that were cut. If the listing said $20/hr but you were paid for about half the time you spent, the effective rate is about $10/hr.
